Applicants must be 18 or over and hold one of the following:

  • NZ Certificate in Information Technology (Level 5)

  • NZ Diploma in IT Technical Support (Level 5)

  • NZ Diploma in Information Systems (Level 5)

  • Equivalent qualification or Year 1 of a degree in IT or Computing

Short-Term Graduate Work Visa (STGWV)

Graduate from Level 5 or Level 6 and receive 6 months of open work rights in New Zealand — no employer needed to start. Available from late 2026.
