Upon successful completion of all modules of this programme, students will achieve the following qualifications:

  • New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 4)
  • IVQ 8065-01 City & Guilds Food Preparation and Cookery (First semester)
  • IVQ 8065-02 City & Guilds Food Preparation and Cookery (Culinary Arts) (Semester 2)
  • Food Safety Certificate
