My name is Eric Mollot and I’m a French Chef born in Paris. I started my career at an hotel school in the city of Bergerac, France, many years ago and I have worked in many countries around the world, from Switzerland to Canada, from Saudi Arabia to South Africa.
I established my own restaurant in New Caledonia and settled 14 years ago in New Zealand, opening the first Coffee shop Creperie in the country at Botany Town Center in 2003.
I started teaching cookery in 2007 and I’m now the Cookery Head of Department and Henderson Campus Manager and really enjoy teaching and sharing my experience with the next generation of Chefs. I will pass on my knowledge to you here at Aspire2 International, all done the “ French way “! I have a passion for food and wine, travel, discovering new places and meeting new people.
I can't wait to see you soon!
